Life at the Centro Velico Torre Guaceto is based on the active participation of volunteers, who contribute on many occasions and in many forms. Association members, from the Executive Council, Instructor and Commissions Council, to instructors, stewards, and other volunteers, all provide their services free of charge.

Each member is invited to contribute in the way that he/she sees fit, since the Association thrives on the contributions of its volunteers. The Presidents of the Executive Council and Instructor Council, members of both councils, and the heads of the Working Commissions, are ready to welcome proposals and suggestions from the Members in addition to actively helping to improve the Association and develop new projects.
